Every spring, dance fitness instructors partner with local park and recreation departments to host dance fitness parties outdoors every weekend. You can find fitness genres for everyone; you can try Zumba, MixxedFit, Hip Hop, Cardio Funk, Country Line Dance and so much more. Fitness Parties in the Park are the new buzz to get people excited about getting fit for spring.

At these events, wellness vendors participate with free giveaways, healthy snacks and beverages to encourage you to come back and bring a friend. With so much outdoor fun and interaction with other people, you will be excited to come back from the weekend party and join the instructor’s fitness classes during the week.

Water Works

Springtime is a wonderful time to get back into the water for fitness activities. Kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding are super fun fitness activities for spring.
