Berry Frozen Yogurt (Diabetic Friendly)

Ingredients:

Milk – 1⁄2 cup
Berries – 2 cups (can be frozen or fresh)
Plain yogurt – 1 cup
Ice – 1 cup
Liquid stevia – 4 drops (or preferred amount for sweetness)

Instructions:

-Blend all ingredients.
*If using frozen berries use a high powered blender
*If using fresh or thawed a regular blender or food processor will work. -Pour mixture (once well incorporated) into an air tight container, cover, and freeze 2-3 hours.
*If you have an ice cream maker, mixture can be poured into machine and follow manual instructions.
