Ingredients:
- Cauliflower – 1/4 Cup
- Broccoli – 1/4 Cup
- Sweet Potatoes – 1/4 Cup
- Red Onion – 1/4 Cup
- Olive Oil – 1/2 TBSP
- Dijon Mustard – 2 TBSP
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Wash and chop all vegetables
- Cut off the ends of the sprouts and slice in half
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Place all veggies on sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes. Stir gently and bake another 10-15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
