Ingredients:
- Brussel Sprouts – 4 Cups
- Olive Oil – 3 TBSP
- Kosher Salt – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper – ó tsp
- Bacon Pieces – 1 Package Oscar Meyer Real Bacon Bits
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Wash Brussel Sprouts if not prewashed
- Cut off the ends of the sprouts
- Slice sprouts in half
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Place sprouts on a cooking sheet and roast in oven for 35 to 40 minutes
- Sprouts are finished with they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside
- Serve immediately.
