Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • Brussel Sprouts – 4 Cups
  • Olive Oil – 3 TBSP
  • Kosher Salt – 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper – ó tsp
  • Bacon Pieces – 1 Package Oscar Meyer Real Bacon Bits

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Wash Brussel Sprouts if not prewashed
  • Cut off the ends of the sprouts
  • Slice sprouts in half
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix
  • Place sprouts on a cooking sheet and roast in oven for 35 to 40 minutes
  • Sprouts are finished with they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside
  • Serve immediately.
