Ingredients:
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast – 3 large / ½” cubes
- Butter Lettuce Cups – 20
- Cherry Tomatoes – ¾ cup / halved
- Avocado – 1 / diced
- Green Onions – ¼ cup / sliced
- Ranch Dressing – ½ cup
- Hot Sauce – ¾ cup
- Buffalo Sauce – ½ cup
Instructions:
- Cut chicken into ½ inch cubes and place in a bowl
- Pour the ¾ cup of hot sauce over chicken and stir, place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
- Place chilled chicken in a grill basket or on kabob sticks
- Cook on preheated grill at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds
- Remove from grill and toss in ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- Place chicken (approx.. 3 cubes) into lettuce cups and cover with diced tomatoes, avocado, green onions, and ranch dressing.
