Ingredients:
Milk – 3/4 cup (almond or dairy)
Yogurt – 1/4 cup
Cooked oatmeal – 1 cup
Banana – 1 medium ripe
Almonds – 8 to 10
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Ice cubes – as needed
Directions:
1. Soak the almonds in warm water and peel the skin away.
2. Place the almonds in a mixer and grind until coarse.
3. Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
4. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
