Easy Buddha Bowl

(A Bowl the Whole Family Will Enjoy)

Ingredients:

  • 3 Ounces Tyson, grilled & ready, fajita chicken breast strips
  • 1⁄2 Cup Black Beans (canned or dry)
  • 1⁄2 Cup Brown Rice (microwavable or dry)
  • 2 Tbsp Peach Mango Salsa
  • 1⁄2 Avocado

Instructions:

1. Drain and rinse black beans (cook ahead of time if using fresh/dry)
2. Cut avocado (save half)
3. Heat frozen grilled fajita chicken breast strips (you may prepare and use fresh if desired) 4. Cook brown rice (can use “Minute Rice” for quicker prep)
5. Place rice in bottom of bowl
6. Add black beans
7. Add chicken
8. Add salsa
9. Add avocado
