Quick & Healthy Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients

Whole Wheat Tortillas – 2

Butter – 2 pats

Cheddar Cheese – 2-4 tbsp (optional)

Milk – 1 tbsp

Eggs – 4

Salsa – 4 tbsp

Avocado – Half

Baby Spinach – ½ cup

Canned Black Bean – ¼ cup

Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Whisk eggs and milk until fluffy.

In a large skillet heat butter over medium heat.

Add eggs and move around the pan as they solidify.

Place a 1/8 cup baby spinach and 2 tbsp of black beans on tortilla.

Place half the eggs

Divide the eggs evenly between the four tortillas

Top with cheese and avocado

Enjoy!
